Kayleigh McEnany, known for her role as White House press secretary under President Trump and now a Fox News personality, is set to welcome her third child with her husband, Sean Gilmartin, this June.
During her time on Fox News’ “Outnumbered,” McEnany shared the joyful news of her pregnancy on Monday. “Sean and I are thrilled to announce that we’re adding a third little one to our family,” she revealed as the show wrapped up. The couple already has two children: five-year-old daughter Blake and two-year-old son Nash, who will soon have a new sibling to play with this summer.
Reflecting on the experience, McEnany added, “It’s been a wonderful journey. I’ve been pregnant over the holidays—Thanksgiving and Christmas—which has made it extra special. Blake recently found out, and now she loves running up to me, touching my belly, and saying, ‘I want to kiss the baby.’”
Her co-host Emily Compagno couldn’t contain her excitement, reaching over to McEnany and exclaiming, “We’re so happy for you! Congrats to your growing family of five—we’re absolutely delighted for you all.”
The 36-year-old, beaming with pride, clarified that her pink blazer wasn’t a hint about the baby’s gender. She pointed to her blue-and-pink shoes and a blue pacifier on a pink graphic flashing across the screen with congratulatory messages. McEnany also shared a sonogram of her soon-to-be-born child, prompting warm reactions from everyone. She mentioned that the family keeps all their kids’ sonograms framed on their fireplace mantel.
“We’re planning a gender reveal soon,” McEnany said enthusiastically. “The baby’s due in June, and I’d love for you all to follow along with me. I’ll be sharing updates here on the show and on social media—we’ll even do the reveal live!”
A woman of deep faith, McEnany wove a Bible verse into her announcement, citing Jeremiah 1:5: “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.” She looked toward the viewers and added, “This isn’t just about my baby—it’s about all of us. That’s how much we’re loved.”
With a chuckle, she then asked her co-hosts if she could loosen her now-snug blazer, a lighthearted moment amid the celebration.
McEnany and Gilmartin, a former professional baseball pitcher who stepped away from the sport in 2022, began their relationship in 2015 and tied the knot in 2017. After starting her career in media, she took on the press secretary role from April 2020 until Trump’s first term ended in January 2021. Like several former press secretaries, she transitioned into a prominent role in cable news.
Beyond “Outnumbered,” McEnany frequently steps in as a guest host on programs like “The Five,” “Fox & Friends,” and the evening lineup featuring Jesse Watters, Laura Ingraham, and Sean Hannity.

The arena went silent. Music stopped. Lights dimmed. Jelly Roll leaned in and said, “Remy, you’re up.” Out came an 8-year-old boy—Kelly Clarkson’s son. Tiny sneakers. Big nerves. The song? “Because of You,” the one that made his mom famous. His voice started soft, shaky. But Jelly Roll stood close, giving him quiet support. Slowly, Remy grew stronger, more sure. He wasn’t just singing—he was sharing something real. The crowd stayed still. No phones. No noise. Just eyes watching, hearts full. Backstage, Kelly cried. One hand on her chest. Her son was singing her song—but making it his own. When the final note faded, the place exploded. But the real moment? It was the quiet one—a mom seeing her son take his first step into her world… Watch below
