Fox News personalities Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt are living in separate states as they gear up for marriage, choosing to reside in luxury homes in Florida and New York.

Documents seen by The U.S. Sun claim that Earhardt, 48, is residing in a high-end Manhattan condo that only houses eight residences. Many apartments in the 1920s building sell for over $10 million, boasting a 24-hour doorman and sweeping city views. Earhardt shares this home with her nine-year-old daughter Hayden, from her previous marriage to Will Proctor.

The couple divorced in 2019 after six years of wedded bliss. The Conservateur profiled the apartment, describing the interior design as “like an elevated Palm Beach jungle,” filled with “leopard, zebra, and other whimsical patterns, exotic antique pottery, and stylish drapes, tassels, and needlepoint pillows.”, reports the Express US.

The publication said the space blends “Southern charm with New York City sophistication to create a cohesive, uplifting space.” While Earhardt continues to live in New York, Hannity, 63, has permanently relocated to Florida.

He bought a $23.5 million waterfront estate near Palm Beach around Thanksgiving.

The expansive mansion, situated about 30 minutes from the city center, sprawls across nearly two acres and includes eight bedrooms and ten-and-a-half bathrooms.

According to a listing, the property “offers scenic ocean and Intracoastal views throughout.”

Spanning over 19,600 square feet, the estate features grand winding staircases, an elevator, and a host of recent updates including fresh bathrooms and flooring.

Outside, there’s a heated resort-style pool complete with a spa and an expansive lawn.

Nowadays, Hannity records both The Sean Hannity Show and Hannity from studios nestled in West Palm Beach.

Post-relocation, he offloaded his Long Island abode in Oyster Bay, fetching a cool $12.7 million.
