Jessica Tarlov of Fox News has announced that she is expecting her second child, a baby girl, due in April, during a surprise revelation on The Five.

At 39 years old, Tarlov shared the exciting news of her pregnancy on a Wednesday episode of the show, revealing that her husband, Brian McKenna, is the father. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Cleo, in 2021. Tarlov mentioned that she is currently about six and a half months along, making this baby girl their second child together.

Cleo Markie McKenna, their first daughter, is now two years old, having been born on December 11, 2021. Tarlov and McKenna have been married since May 2021. She joined The Five as a co-host in 2022.

During the Wednesday episode, the discussion turned to the need for changing seats on a flight due to her pregnancy. When asked if she was ready to request a seat change for her condition while flying to Iowa, Tarlov confirmed her pregnancy on-air for the first time, humorously referring to it as her “very pregnant chonky condition.”

The other hosts expressed surprise, prompting Tarlov to exclaim, “I’m pregnant!” She was also inquired about whether she had informed her first daughter about the new sibling. Tarlov replied that she had attempted to explain it to Cleo, who is currently in a challenging phase of toddlerhood. “I’m like, you’re punching your sister, and she doesn’t really seem to care. But I’m having a little girl in April, and I’m very excited about it,” she said.

Tarlov humorously noted that her husband is somewhat apprehensive about the impending influx of female energy in their home. “Brian is a little bit concerned about the level of estrogen that is about to be in the household,” she remarked.
