Just days after suffering a painful leg injury in a game against the Connecticut Sun and somehow ending up with a chipped tooth in the chaos, the Indiana Fever guard is turning heads for an entirely different reason.

According to head coach Christie Sides, she’s already been ruled out for the Fever’s next matchup against the Washington Mystics. But that hasn’t kept Cunningham from keeping spirits high and fans entertained.

Wearing a tiny bikini top and flashing a wide grin, obviously with a chipped front tooth, she asked viewers to “tell me you play in the W without telling me you play in the W.” The quick-cut video then revealed the broken tooth, likely a battle scar from the same game against Connecticut.

Back in Indiana, Fever head coach Christie Sides gave a more optimistic update on Cunningham’s recovery. “I think we got good news from both of their MRIs, as good of news as you can get,” Sides told reporters. “It’s a day-to-day thing. We’re looking forward to hopefully them returning at some point sooner rather than later.”
