In May 2008, Sean Hannity and his then-wife Jill dropped $10.5 million on a massive 10,600-square-foot mansion right on the water in Long Island, New York. They ended up getting a divorce in 2019. Later that August, Sean was spotted at a wedding with his Fox News colleague, Ainsley Earhardt. It came to light that during the COVID pandemic, Ainsley was broadcasting “Fox & Friends” from the basement of Sean’s Long Island mansion.

After a while, Sean and Ainsley got fed up with life on Long Island and decided to put the mansion on the market in May 2024 for $13.75 million. It sold pretty quickly, going for $12.7 million in just a month.

In 2021, Sean bought a condo in Palm Beach, Florida, for $5.3 million. But it seems like condo living wasn’t cutting it for him, as he recently splurged $23.5 million on a stunning waterfront mansion nearby.

Sean’s new mansion is in Manalapan, Palm Beach County, just a quick four-minute drive from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club. This impressive pad covers over 19,600 square feet and boasts eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It’s set on two acres, with 150 feet of oceanfront on one side and another 150 feet along the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. The previous owner snagged the place three years ago for $18 million, making a cool $5.5 million profit after just 36 months. Check out this video tour of Sean’s new place:

You might know Manalapan as the place where one of the most amazing estates in the U.S. is located. Back in March 2021, billionaire tech mogul Jim Clark, known for Silicon Graphics, Netscape, and WebMD, dropped a whopping $94 million on a sprawling Florida estate named “Gemini.” Seriously, Gemini is one of the wildest private homes out there!

Jim Clark had Gemini for just about 15 months. It turns out Larry Ellison was pretty bummed he couldn’t snag it, so in June 2022, he managed to persuade Jim to sell the place. And when I say “persuade,” I mean Larry forked over $175 million. That’s an $81 million gain for just 460 days of ownership, which breaks down to $5 million a month. No wonder this is called the “greatest house flip of all time.” By the way, Sean Hannity’s new pad is only about a minute’s drive from Ellison’s Gemini estate.
