A new camera angle has emerged of Marina Mabrey delivering an unnecessary cheap shot to Caitlin Clark in the Indiana Fever-Connecticut Sun game on Tuesday evening.

Things were awfully testy between the Sun and the Fever on numerous occassions tonight, but the tension really picked up late in the third quarter after Clark drew a foul against Jacy Sheldon.

A frustrated Sheldon bumped Clark immediately after the whistle, leading to a scrum between the two teams. The two appeared to exchange some words before Mabrey came in and delivered a cheap shot on Clark from behind:

When the dust settled, the referees handed a flagrant one foul to Jacy Sheldon and a technical foul to Caitlin Clark. Mabrey and her teammate, Tina Charles, were handed technical fouls as well.
