Set for Friday, May 30 and Saturday, May 31, the literary celebration will unfold at W Nashville, under the patronage of Nashville Music City.

Hager has always been vocal about her passion for literature. Her book club launched in 2019, with Hager handpicking a variety of new reads each month.

She showcased a variety of authors from Taylor Jenkins-Reid to Toni Morrison across both fiction and nonfiction genres. The news anchor also curates selections for Read With Jenna Jr. , a reading group aimed at younger bookworms.

“It’s so fun to have all of these authors here and they get to see all of these books, and I really just am proud of the community of readers that get to read with all of them,” Hager expressed during the fifth anniversary celebration of the club.

The update followed a bustling Easter weekend for the ex-president’s offspring. Returning to Today with Jenna & Friends, Hager confessed feeling “exhausted” after the festive period spent with family.

She enjoyed the company of her husband Henry Hager’s relatives who visited their luxurious six-bedroom Connecticut residence to celebrate the holiday with their three kids; Mila, 12, Poppy, nine, and Hal, five, which included the traditional Easter egg hunt.

On Monday’s show of Today with Jenna & Friends, the former first daughter, shared with guest co-host Justin Sylvester: “We had fun! We had a lot of fun,” but admitted she was “exhausted.”
