Political analyst Lucy Caldwell was debating panelist Clay Travis on Howard Kurtz’s MediaBuzz about speculation that Biden may have hidden his status when she revealed her personal struggle.

She said “we just don’t know” when exactly Biden was first stricken with the disease, and added that it can come about quickly and aggressively.

Caldwell admitted that the “optics” of the diagnosis are bad for the Biden camp, but stressed that the disease is “nuanced.”

After speaking about the ups and downs of the health battle, she admitted, “I actually will tell you something. I have cancer.”

“I am actively a cancer patient right now. I also feel great.”

Based on her experience, Caldwell said the battle can be constantly evolving based on the treatment methods, and said it’s hard to know your day-to-day status.

“You get the cancer diagnosis, it could be weeks or months before you know more about your cancer,” she said.

The brave panelist appeared to well up as she made a final call for compassion for anyone who is fighting the disease.

“It is important that we show compassion and care and understanding about the nuance and complexities of these illnesses,” she said.

Kurtz and Travis, who founded the commentary website OutKick, voiced their well-wishes for Caldwell and said they hope she sees a full recovery.

Caldwell is a political advocacy expert who has implemented technology to help promote policy issues, according to her LinkedIn page.

In 2019, she worked as the campaign manager for business tycoon Joe Walsh, who challenged then-incumbent Donald Trump for his nomination.

During her work with Walsh, she founded the audience engagement company Mockingbird Lab, which she continues to run.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Caldwell for comment.

BIDEN’S CANCER

Biden revealed that he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of stage 4 prostate cancer that’s already spread to his bones earlier this month.

However, his team is still hopeful for recovery as they said the cancer appears to be hormone sensitive, which means that it could be “effectively managed.”

Biden’s sad diagnosis brought a wave of sympathy and support, but also raised questions about whether he was suffering from undiagnosed symptoms when he was in office.

In the months since Trump ousted him, insiders have claimed there were clear signs that the 82-year-old former president was struggling with mental clarity.

One source said that Biden appeared unable to recognize A-list star George Clooney as an event that the actor himself had organized.

And the diagnosis has caused some to take a second look at Biden’s disastrous performance in his debate against Trump, which resulted in him abandoning his 2024 campaign.

Caldwell’s emotional admission comes after another Fox News host announced that she’s in remission after her battle with the disease.

What are the symptoms every man needs to know?

In most cases, prostate cancer doesn’t have any symptoms until the growth is big enough to put pressure on the urethra – that tube you pee through.

Symptoms include:

Needing to urinate more often, especially at night
Needing to rush to the toilet
Difficulty in starting to pee
Weak flow
Straining and taking a long time while peeing
Feeling that your bladder hasn’t emptied fully

Many men’s prostates get larger as they age because of the non-cancerous conditions, prostate enlargement, and benign prostatic hyperplasia.

In fact, these two conditions are more common than prostate cancer – but that doesn’t mean the symptoms should be ignored.

The signs that cancer has SPREAD include bone, back, or testicular pain, loss of appetite, and unexplained weight loss.
