On Monday, the Fever announced Clark suffered a strain to her left quad.

The injury will hold her out of competition for at least two weeks before she needs to be re-evaluated.

Clark will miss a minimum of four games if her injury is only a two week issue.

It has not been revealed how or when Clark suffered her quad injury.

She did play 37 minutes in her last game against the New York Liberty.

The Fever sit at just 2-2 at the time of Clark’s injury, coming off a close loss to the Liberty.

Clark led the team in points and assists, averaging 19 points and 9.2 assists per game.

She also pulled in six rebounds per game.

The Fever will need their other stars to pick up the slack in Clark’s extended absence.

Aliyah Boston is the team’s second-leading scorer, dropping 18.5 points per game.

She is also registering 10.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.

Kelsey Mitchell is also contributing good scoring, dropping 17.8 points per game.
