The Indiana Fever will still be without Caitlin Clark on Tuesday when they take on the Washington Mystics at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Clark is still dealing with a quad injury that has already forced her to miss Indiana’s last two games, and the Fever will try to avoid their third straight loss on Tuesday without their best player available.

The team took to Instagram on Monday night to share some snaps from their practice session earlier in the day. In them, the players are seen locked into their preparations for their home game against the Mystics on Tuesday.

“aww syd and cc,” a post read.

“Alright, CC’s got SYD cracking up. What’d she do? 😂” asked a supporter.

“Love syd and cc pic,” another said.

Colson, who joined the Fever as a free-agent recruit in the offseason, has been tapped as Clark’s replacement in the starting lineup amid the latter’s injury spell. The veteran guard, however, suffered an injury herself in Friday’s loss to the Connecticut Sun.

Colson was forced to exit the game in the first quarter with a leg injury and was unable to return.

The good news, though, is that the two-time WNBA champion guard was not included in the injury report for Tuesday’s contest, which means that she would probably be back in the starting lineup against Washington.

Based on her behavior in Monday’s practice, it is clear that Clark is supporting Colson all the way.
