FOX Network and television host Jedediah Bila announced on May 21 that they agreed to part ways.

Bila, 42, has spent the last two years as an anchor for the weekend edition of Fox & Friends.

Before her career in broadcast journalism, Bila was an educator in New York City, teaching creative writing, Spanish, and improvisation to middle school, high school and college students.

She has also served as an academic dean at a private school in The Big Apple.

However, she is widely recognized for her time as a co-host on the ABC daytime talk show The View.

The TV anchor departed Fox News in 2016 to join The View as a permanent co-host during its 20th season.

In 2018 she rejoined Fox News as a contributor and a year later was named a permanent co-host of Fox & Friends Weekend.

Jeddiah is currently living in New York with with her husband Jeremy Scher and their one-year-old son Hartley Luca.

After he was born on November 15, 2019, she told People: “He is already the light of our lives and has the gentlest spirit. We are so filled with love for him.”

In January 2020, she tweeted how her child had “taught me more about myself in 10 weeks than I learned in the decades before he was born.”

The 42-year-old had since teased that her next career step will include a book that describes her experiences of motherhood.

It will follow her first publication, called #DoNotDisturb: How I Ghosted My Cell Phone to Take Back My Life.

The 2018 book describes the impact that technology and gadgets had on her personal relationships.

On May 21, the Fox network and Bila announced they have agreed to part ways after two years.

“We have mutually and amicably parted ways with Jedediah Bila and wish her all the best,” a Fox News spokesperson said in a statement shared with People.

In June 2021, Fox and Friends tapped Rachel Campos-Duffy to join the lineup.

“The Fox & Friends Weekend team is amazing and I look forward to hosting alongside my friends, Pete and Will every Saturday and Sunday,” Campos-Duffy said in a statement.

“I am confident we’ll continue to deliver the number one-rated cable news morning show in America.”

Bila took to Twitter on May 21, 2021, to thank her fellow Fox colleagues, tweeting, “I would like to thank the Fox News reporters, anchors, contributors, and producers who have been an absolute pleasure to work with these last two years.

“To the viewers who supported me throughout my journey there — I’m deeply grateful for you and hopeful you’ll join me on my next adventure. I’m really excited for what’s to come,” she added.
