In a thrilling conclusion to Tuesday night’s Play-In Tournament, Stephen Curry delivered another legendary performance, nailing a clutch three-pointer in the final seconds to lift the Golden State Warriors to a 121-116 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. The shot not only sealed the win, but also secured the Warriors’ place in the Western Conference playoffs, where they are set to face the Houston Rockets in the opening round on Sunday.

Riley Curry Looked Like Steph Curry’s Twin As They Cheered On The Warriors This Week

While Curry’s on-court heroics took center stage, it was his family’s courtside presence that added a heartfelt dimension to the night. According to People magazine, Curry’s wife, Ayesha, and their eldest daughter, 12-year-old Riley, were both in attendance to cheer him on. Following the dramatic win, the Curry family celebrated with a joyful victory dance, a moment that quickly made its rounds on social media.

Fans online were especially taken aback by how grown-up Riley Curry looked. Once the darling toddler who famously charmed reporters during her father’s postgame press conferences, Riley has blossomed into a confident young girl with a striking resemblance to her dad. Many fans commented on her maturity, height, and the unmistakable Curry family genes.

“Y’all lying I ain’t that old,” one fan wrote under a Courtside Buzz Instagram post that juxtaposed photos of Riley as a toddler with snapshots from Tuesday night’s game. Another added, “This crazy,” while one user noted, “As tall as her mom @ 12, and Curry is her dad—she finna have a field day in the W.”

Ayesha Curry also took to Instagram Stories to share her pride, posting a sweet photo with her daughter alongside the caption: “My Riley Roo and I. So proud of you @stephencurry30.”

The Currys, who have been in the public eye for over a decade, are raising a growing family. In addition to Riley, the couple shares three more children: Ryan (9), Canon (6), and baby Caius, who recently turned 11 months, according to People.

Despite Riley’s early exposure to the spotlight, Steph Curry has expressed some regrets about the level of media attention she received as a child. In a 2019 interview with The Undefeated, the four-time NBA champion reflected on his decision to bring Riley on stage during postgame interviews early in his career.

“One thing I do technically regret in terms of how fast this all came is when I brought Riley on the podium,” Curry said. “I’ve always wanted to share what I get to do, and all the experiences I have, with my family. I didn’t know how much that would blow up and how much of a splash she would make on the scene.”

“If I could take that one back, I probably would,” he admitted. “Just because my goal is to give my kids the best chance at success and at seeing the world in the proper way. Trying to give our kids the best chance to be successful and have a normal life in terms of treating people the right way, having respect, not getting too bigheaded and feeling like everything’s about them.”

As the Warriors prepare for the next chapter of their playoff journey, Steph Curry’s legacy continues to grow—on the court with his unmatched shooting and leadership, and off the court as a devoted father and family man.
