The singer, known for her hit “All About That Bass,” opened up about the biohacking methods she’s been using to improve her health and wellness, saying, “Science is the secret. I love it.”

Trainor, who is a mother of two, admitted that she had been working out “incorrectly” for years. She explained that she had been doing a lot of cardio and running, which led to her body becoming inflamed. “I was working out so incorrectly for so long.
