Fox News host Laura Ingraham has long captivated her audience with her bold commentary, but she also draws curiosity about her personal life, especially her age-defying energy and health at 61. When asked about her secret to looking and feeling so great at her age, Ingraham’s response was simple and unapologetic: “I don’t.”

While many admire her elegant and classy demeanor, Laura is quick to dismiss the idea of a “secret formula” for her success, pointing out that her life, though successful, comes with its own challenges.

In a recent interview with The Daily Mail, Ingraham admitted that even with her high-profile career as a Fox News host, she experiences days that feel like an uphill battle. “I’m no different from any other mom trying to juggle a demanding job while being a single parent,” she explained. “There are times during the day when I think I’m not doing enough, and that’s just part of the reality.”

Despite the challenges, Laura maintains a well-structured routine that helps her manage stress, stay organized, and look polished.

Laura’s Day and Routines

Her day begins early, with Laura waking up at 6 a.m. to prepare breakfast for her two sons, Nikolai, 14, and Dmitri, 16, before they head off to school. Meanwhile, her eldest daughter, Maria, 19, is away at college.

After taking care of her family’s needs, Laura prioritizes her physical well-being by fitting in a workout at Orangetheory, a high-energy fitness studio known for its circuit training classes. “I’m not a great sleeper,” Ingraham admits, “but for me, exercise is the absolute key. I’ve always been athletic. Back in high school, I was voted class athlete by my entire class.” Exercise remains a top priority for Laura, and it sets the tone for her busy day ahead.

Her health routine doesn’t stop at exercise. Laura keeps hydrated, avoids alcohol during the week, and enjoys an occasional margarita.

Professional Life

At work, Laura is known for her hands-on approach, often writing much of her opening monologue and key segments herself. By 6 p.m., she’s in the studio for hair and makeup, preparing for her 7 p.m. live broadcast. “For me, less is more, but you have to wear makeup on TV or you look pretty bad,” she shared.

Despite her reported salary of over $10 million per year, Ingraham prefers to keep things grounded and simple. She even makes her own lunch! After the show, she spends time in post-production before heading home to enjoy quiet family time, preferring it over social events.

Family

Laura has three children, two sons from Russia and a daughter from Guatemala, whom she adopted. She credits her family for much of her happiness. “We have a very unusual family, and it’s not perfect, we have our moments, but it’s been a beautiful blessing to me,” she says.

Her family is a huge part of her life, and she cherishes the balance she’s been able to create between her professional responsibilities and her personal life.
