Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt are currently living in separate luxury homes as they move toward marriage, choosing to maintain residences in different states. Hannity is based in Florida, while Earhardt, 48, is living in a prestigious Manhattan condominium.

According to documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, Earhardt resides in an ultra-exclusive building in New York City that contains only eight units. Built in the 1920s, the historic property features round-the-clock doorman service and sweeping views of the city skyline.

Units in the building often sell for more than $10 million.

Earhardt shares the upscale space with her nine-year-old daughter, Hayden. She co-parents Hayden with her ex-husband, Will Proctor. The former couple ended their six-year marriage in 2019.

While Earhardt continues to live in New York with her daughter, Sean Hannity, 63, has officially relocated to Florida. Around Thanksgiving, he purchased a luxurious waterfront mansion near Palm Beach for $23.5 million.

The estate, located roughly half an hour from the city, spans nearly two acres and boasts sweeping ocean and Intracoastal views. The residence includes eight bedrooms and ten-and-a-half bathrooms across more than 19,600 square feet of living space.

It features grand winding staircases, an elevator, and recently updated bathrooms and flooring. Outside, the property offers a resort-style heated pool with a spa and a spacious, manicured lawn.

Sean now records both The Sean Hannity Show and Hannity from studios located in West Palm Beach, following his recent move to Florida. As part of the transition, he sold his former property in Oyster Bay, Long Island, for $12.7 million.

Before settling into his new waterfront mansion, Hannity also owned a $5.3 million vacation home in Palm Beach, which he purchased back in 2021.

Though they have largely kept their relationship private, Earhardt was once a familiar face on Hannity’s show through her recurring segment, “Ainsley Across America.

Wedding plans with Sean Hannity

Although Ainsley Earhardt and Sean Hannity have kept their relationship largely private, their recent holiday engagement confirmed years of speculation surrounding their romance.

In a joint statement to Fox News, the couple shared their happiness, saying, “We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives.”

They also revealed that their children fully support the engagement, noting they have “the blessing and support from their children, who couldn’t be happier.”

While they’ve rarely appeared in public together, one notable moment was their appearance at the inauguration of President Donald Trump, where they posed for a rare photo together, offering a glimpse into their otherwise discreet relationship.

Though the couple has yet to announce an official wedding date, Earhardt’s recent family-filled post hints at joyful times ahead as they continue preparing for the next chapter of their lives.
