Flanked by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Leavitt was seen shaking her head and even let out a brief chuckle as Collins grilled Gabbard with a multipart question regarding Russian meddling in the 2016 election and Gabbard’s reasons for making intelligence public. Gabbard further revealed, “There were high-level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hilary’s ‘psycho-emotional problems, fits of anger, aggression, cheerfulness’ and that Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a regimen of heavy tranquilizers.”
