The 50-year-old television personality, who turned 50 on December 25, 2024, shared a photo dump Monday offering a look at his current lifestyle. The images included a full-body shot in a monochrome khaki outfit, a few close-ups of his face showing a bony jawline under a beard, and shots from his gym routine and meals.“He looks frail to me. I hope he’s doing ok!” one fan commented, receiving over 500 likes. Another added: “Ryan, I respect you love for fitness and eating well…But you’re looking pretty gaunt. But you look happy, which is fantastic!”
“Ryan, you’re getting too skinny!” one person wrote with a smiley face and heart emoji. “Ryan, I adore you, but… the BIG but…. you are looking too thin. Sometimes being thin can age a person,” another fan warned.
One commenter compared his appearance to singer Marc Anthony: “Damn I thought this was Marc Anthony for a sec.”

Not all comments were critical as certain fans defended Seacrest and criticized the speculation.
“I just think it’s rude to tell someone they are too skinny. I get told this a lot and I cannot help it with medication I am on. Be positive and encouraging, y’all,” one user posted.Another said: “IT IS NOT OK TO COMMENT ON SOMEONES BODY. Period. Just because he is a man/celebrity. THIS IS HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT… He is a real human who has feelings and ages and CHANGES. Your concern for him is laced in judgment and is just plain rude.”
A source told Page Six that Seacrest’s visible weight loss is due to a new fitness routine. “Ryan has recently been doing a new workout routine — working out with a new trainer, Dodd Romero, combined with Pilates and yoga for the first time. That’s created a visible change.”
The insider added: “He’s also been enjoying vacation time this summer and eating lots of pasta.”
The Wheel of Fortune host has spoken publicly about body image issues stemming from childhood. He has shared that he was once “overweight” and teased for his size, memories that still affect him. “I was teased for it, and I will always see that little boy when I look in the mirror,” he said in 2022.
