Elon Musk’s 26-year-old baby mama says she had to sell her Tesla after child support cuts.
Ashley St. Clair, the reported mother of Musk’s 13th child, accused Musk of withholding ‘substantial’ financial support for their alleged son after she sued for sole custody.
In a video posted by the Daily Mail, the MAGA influencer is seen selling what she says was a $100,000 Tesla. “I need to make up for the 60 percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” St. Clair said.
St. Clair’s first announcement with Musk was back in February announcing on his social platform X that she had given birth to their son, R.S.C., in September 2024. She and the Tesla CEO began seeing each other around May 2023 and conceived the child in January 2024.

According to the influencer, Musk never acknowledged her claims publicly or responded to her messages privately – until she filed for sole custody. In response, the world’s richest man ‘financially retaliated’ and cut off his child support payments.
Come Monday, Musk broke his silence and cleared up the baby daddy rumours on X: “I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed.
“Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.”
St. Clair also shared alleged messages from the tech mogul, including ones that read: “I want to knock you up again” and “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”
In her legal filing, St. Clair said Musk didn’t show up for the birth and has ‘met him only three times and has had no involvement in his care and upbringing.’

When asked how she views Musk’s actions, she replied: “You can check the stocks. I’m not the only one who is cleaning up his messes.”
Musk has been pretty vocal about growing his family, saying: “If people don’t have more children, civilisation is going to crumble,” and even offered his sperm to populate Mars.
As of current, Musk has a total of 14 children with four women. He shares six children with his first wife, Justine Musk, three with singer Grimes, and four with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. R.S.C. would be his 13th biological child if paternity is confirmed. That said, the South African billionaire seems to show a pattern of favouritism among his children, from being estranged from one daughter to proudly showing off another in the Oval Office.
St. Clair’s lawyers wrote on the back of Musk’s ambiguity: “Given that Mr. Musk is dedicated to transparency in government, it would be helpful if he administered his own life by the same principles.”
