Mackenzie McKee’s fertility journey has ended in two very special reasons to celebrate.
The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star, 30, is pregnant, expecting twins with fiancé Khesanio Hall after her in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey was documented on the reality series. McKee shared the special news on The Drew Barrymore Show on Monday, March 31.
“No one knows I’m pregnant, but I am,” McKee announces.
“So you’re going to have twins,” host Drew Barrymore says, whispering the last word and putting her hand over her mouth.
“There’s two in there,” McKee whispers back, nodding her head.
“There’s two in there! It’s twins,” Barrymore excitedly repeats. “And you met a wonderful man, and you want to share this experience with him. You want to raise kids in love, you love him. You’re excited for this journey.”
“It was planned. Finally,” jokes McKee.

McKee’s journey to her twins came after the mom of three — who shares Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13, with ex Josh McKee — had a tubal ligation seven years ago.
Mackenzee and Josh have struggled in their co-parenting journey, as has been documented in recent episodes of the reality series, which she rejoined in 2021. In discussing disappointment in Josh, Mackenzie celebrated how Hall has stepped up for her kids.
“What I want is for Josh to be more involved in their lives, but he’s just not. These kids love their dad but Khes is also dad now and he is consistency and he’s been solid for two years. Josh and I were together for 10 years. I can’t even tell you a month that my kids had something that was solid,” she said.
The couple got engaged in June 2024. At the time, McKee told PEOPLE how important it had been for her to witness to see the relationship between her kids and Hall blossom.
“My kids are raised by Khes. So he is security for all of us. The hero that came to our rescue. I love his love for them,” she raved.
“It’s not just a stepdad relationship, it’s a true love deep in his heart. I know my kids wouldn’t want life any other way than for Khes to be a part of it forever.”
