McEnany, 36, married Sean Patrick Gilmartin in 2017. The retired Major League Baseball pro — known for his time with the New York Mets, Atlanta Braves, and Tampa Bay Rays — first met Kayleigh in 2015. Sparks flew fast, and two years later, they said “I do.”

WHO IS SEAN GILMARTIN?
Born in August 1990 in Thousand Oaks, California, Gilmartin made headlines of his own long before meeting Kayleigh. A talented left-handed pitcher, he was drafted 28th overall by the Atlanta Braves in the 2011 MLB Draft.
He later took the mound for the Mets, Orioles, and Rays before retiring from professional baseball in 2022. But his greatest title these days? Devoted husband and dad.
Though Gilmartin keeps a low profile, his Instagram offers a peek into his world — from hunting adventures to cozy family moments with their two dogs, Boomer and Lexi. And while he doesn’t post often, he’s never shy about supporting Kayleigh’s work, proudly promoting her bestselling books online.
