Spanning an impressive 3,560 square feet, the loft blends modern luxury with the building’s historic charm, offering ample space for the couple and their growing family. The purchase was made through an LLC previously associated with Gutfeld’s former New York residence, further suggesting that the loft will serve as their new family home.
