ABC’s “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg signed off Wednesday’s show by looking into the cameras and delivering another anti-Trump message to viewers.

Goldberg said it was time for Americans to protest and rise up against President Donald Trump and his administration amid the rioting and protesting against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deportations in Los Angeles, California.

Goldberg also accused the president of violating the Constitution and his “oath of office” every single day, hinting at impeachment if Democrats retake control of the U.S. House in the 2026 midterm elections.

Below is a transcript of the exchange, via Grabien:

Goldberg: “But are people getting a much different view of what’s going on in L.A. depending on where they’re watching this play out? Because it’s — it’s quite different when you’re talking to people in L.A. —“

Goldberg: “— and very different than what you’re seeing on the news.”

BEHAR: “Well, did you speak to people — have you spoken to people in L.A.?”

Goldberg: “My whole family’s in L.A..”

BEHAR: “What — what did they say?”

Goldberg: “They’re saying, you know, people are mad. It’s been peaceful for days. And then suddenly these guys showed up —“

Goldberg: “— and flipped everybody out.”

HOSTIN: “Yeah. I heard —“

Goldberg: “So that’s what — that’s what my family is saying.”

HOSTIN: “I heard the same thing. I spoke to about five people that live in L.A., that work in L.A., and they said that these protests were very, very orderly. They weren’t violent and they occurred in about a four block radius.”

HOSTIN: “And we all know how large L.A. is. And so, in my view, there is no crisis in Los Angeles that ICE did not cause. That — that — that is the fact of the matter, right?” (Applause)

BEHAR: “It looks like that.

HOSTIN: “And we now know that Stephen Miller ordered, his order that they arrest 3,000 people a day, that ICE arrest 3,000 people a day led to this.”

This comes as Trump has promised repercussions for protestors who spit on police officers amid the anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles, California.

Trump told reporters that he is considering invoking the Insurrection Act in response to the riots and chaos.

A new report has exposed one of the main groups behind the anti-ICE demonstrators on the streets of Los Angeles on Sunday, which has led to many insulting and harassing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Attorney General Pam Bondi sent a clear message to those rioting and protesting—including those who may do so in other cities.

During an interview on Fox News with anchor Sean Hannity, Bondi said Los Angeles “looks like a Third World country” amid riots and mayhem in the city over President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown.

“What we’re going to do is we are going to enforce the law, regardless of what they do. Look at it out there, it looks like a Third World country, and it’s not. It’s the United States of America. We are not standing for it,” Bondi said.

The attorney general went on to announce that the Department of Justice would federally prosecute people who assault state and federal law enforcement officers.

“If California won’t protect their law enforcement, we will protect the LAPD and the sheriff’s office out there,” Bondi said.

Bondi revealed that nine people are already facing federal charges in connection with the protests, “and more to come,” for offenses such as assaulting law enforcement and looting.

“What we are going to do is we are going to enforce the law regardless of what they do. Look at it out there, it looks like a third world country and its non. It’s the United States of America. We are not standing for it and Donald Trump won’t stand for it. Look at all this — the great men and women in the LAPD. We would to protect them. If they will not protect them and prosecute people that abuse the l.a.p.d. in terms during a civil unrest under 18 USC 2:30:1, we can prosecute federally people who assault state law enforcement officers with a maximum of five years in prison, and we are going to do it,” Bondi said.
